Year 2011-Present Served as Managing Director of Yi Thai Development Company Limited, registered capital of 33,000,000 baht, which operates an apartment business.

Year 2006-Present Served as Managing Director of Billion Thai Group Co., Ltd., registered capital of 2,000,000 baht, which operates a construction business, a condominium juristic person management.

Year 2004-Present Served as Managing Director of Ten Thai Development Company Limited, registered capital of 80,000,000 baht, which operates 3 real estate and apartment rental businesses.

Year 2002-Present Served as Managing Director of Danube International. Enterprise Co., Ltd. registered capital of 5,000,000 baht, which operates a coffee shop business. and selling coffee beans.

Year 1993-2003 Operate a construction business in Chiang Mai.

THE ONE GROUP

It was established on July 29, 2004. Its head office is located at 38 Soi Social Work 14, Lad Phrao Subdistrict, Lat Phrao District, Bangkok. We started the real estate business by opening an apartment for rent in 2009 under the name Ten Thai Development Company Limited and stepping into the condominium business in 2012 by opening "The Unique Ladprao 26" condominium. 8 floors, 62 units, which have been well received by customers.In December 2012, we launched another project called "The Unique Ladprao 10", a 10-storey condominium with 125 units and closed the project within 3 months after the pre-sale period.

After that, there have been continual openings of projects such as The Unique Sukhumvit 62, The Unique Kaset-Nawamin, The Unique Ekamai-Ramintra, Totnes Kaset-Nawamin. And also expanding 2 more projects on behalf of The One Estate Development Company Limited, which is KEN Attitude Rattanathibet project, High-Rise Condominium, Chao Phraya River view, but only 100 meters from MRT station and BIBURY Village Srinakarin project.
